The payment plans are; Cash - 20% deposit balance in 90 days Installment - 20% deposit balance in 2.5 years Mortgage - 20% deposit and balance on completion through a bank. The process requires a 30,000 booking fee that allows you to identify and book a unit. The amount will be part of the deposit.

On average, an additional 7-10% of the value of the house will be incurred for various expenses. These costs typically cover your lawyer's fees, stamp duty, formation of the management company, and other associated expenses. The exact breakdown of these costs will be provided in detail within the Sale Agreement, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the purchasing process.
Upon completion of the house, you will receive a Certificate of Title for freehold properties and a Certificate of Lease for leasehold titles. These documents serve as the equivalent of a title deed, granting you full ownership rights over the property. Importantly, holders of these certificates can mortgage the property without requiring consent from other owners within the same building, ensuring flexibility and autonomy in property transactions.
The developer will provide property management services for the initial 2 years following development. This allows homeowners ample time to establish a management committee, which will subsequently assume responsibility for overseeing the operations of the building. This transitional period ensures a smooth handover and facilitates seamless management of the property by the homeowners themselves.
